Personal Fitness II is a high school course where students study ways to get and stay fit through moderate and vigorous activities, sports, and recreation.

Students study the components and benefits of fitness. They will also study self management, stress management, and lifestyle practices to achieve and maintain fitness.

In addition to their reading lessons, students complete a variety of activities, assignments, quizzes, and tests to assess their understanding of the content studied.

Ready your student for life outside the classroom. When learners gain the skills to get to the next level, opportunities come calling.
