Our Return Policy – Made Simple for You

Check Your Order Promptly

As soon as your package arrives, please take a moment to check everything inside—even if you’re not planning to use it right away. If there’s an issue, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to make it right!

If we hear from you after 30 days, we may need to charge a 25% return fee or, in some cases, we may not be able to accept the return.

When Return Fees Apply
  • Within 30 days: Some items may still have a 25% return fee, depending on the situation.
  • After 30 days: A 25% return fee will apply, and returns may not be accepted.
  • Special cases: Items that are opened, used, or not in their original packaging may not be returnable or may incur a fee.

The return fee is based on the price of the item being returned (including any discounts), not the full order.

What About Shipping?

If the return is due to our mistake (like sending the wrong item), we’ll cover the shipping and there’s no return fee. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility.

Items That Can Be Returned

You can return any unopened, non-consumable item purchased from us within 30 days—unless it falls under the “can’t be returned” list below.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened software or digital products
  • Hazardous items (like rocket engines)
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Products damaged by misuse or accidents
  • Used consumables (unless they’re defective)
