Personal Fitness I
Personal Fitness I is a high school course where students learn and practice principles of fitness, wellness, and health to develop habits of healthy living.
Guided by their text book, Fitness for Life, students will explore topics that include the physiology of diet and exercise, bio mechanics, and team dynamics. They will apply their knowledge in daily fitness activities as well as assignments that include personalized exercise and diet plans that develop students' self assessment skills.
