4th Grade Art introduces 4th grade students to the art and architecture of early America through the modern era. Students deepen their understanding of the elements of art and principles of design - including form, texture, pattern, contrast, and balance - while exploring Colonial American pieces and modern artworks that sparked new forms of expression.

They will draw, paint, and sculpt their own creations using a variety of materials and techniques that are inspired by the artworks they study.

Our customized learning approach crafts a strong foundation of essential skills for elementary school students in grades K–5, nurturing a love of learning and confidence in their capabilities.
