2nd Grade Art introduces 2nd grade students to the world of art and architecture. Students explore paintings and sculptures, both realistic and abstract, and learn how artists use lines, shapes, colors, patterns, textures, and forms in portrait, landscape, and still life artworks.

Students take a journey through art forms from Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas as they draw, paint, and sculpt their own creations that are inspired by the artworks they study.

Our customized learning approach crafts a strong foundation of essential skills for elementary school students in grades K–5, nurturing a love of learning and confidence in their capabilities.
