Embark Art provides hands-on and online learning experiences that help students develop art appreciation and skills.

This course's experiences include hands-on engagement, such as drawing wavy and straight lines, cutting and pasting paper, using modeling techniques with clay, and online activities that focus on art in a digital environment.

Students explore art, discuss works of art, describe similarities and differences in art, follow instructions, apply different techniques to create original artworks, and learn to appreciate the visual arts.

The adventure begins with our pre-K program, Embark. Designed to prepare children ages 3-5 for kindergarten, it also gives a helpful boost to K-2 students and English language learners.
