Personal Fitness II is a high school course where students learn how to get and stay fit through moderate and vigorous activities, sports, and recreational activities.

Students explore the components and benefits of fitness, as well as self-management, stress management, and healthy lifestyle practices to achieve and maintain overall fitness.

Along with reading lessons, students complete a variety of activities, assignments, quizzes, and tests to demonstrate and reinforce their understanding of the material.
