Psychology is a one-semester course in which students explore why people think, feel, and behave the way they do.

This introductory course provides a broad overview of major areas within psychology.

Instructional materials present key theories and current research for students to examine and understand. Each unit introduces essential terminology, theories, and research, and includes tutorials and interactive exercises.

Students learn how to define and use key psychology terms and apply psychological principles to everyday life. Unit topics include methods of study, biological bases of behavior, learning and memory, development and individual differences, and psychological disorders.
