Physical Fitness - Credit Recovery
Physical Fitness – Credit Recovery combines online instruction with student participation in weekly cardiovascular, aerobic, muscle-strengthening, and other fitness activities.
Students meet course requirements by keeping a log of their physical activity and submitting videos demonstrating fitness and sports skills. The course emphasizes the importance of lifelong physical activity and includes lessons on injury prevention, nutrition, and stress management.
This course is designed to support learners who need to revisit essential concepts while still building solid preparation for future coursework.
Diagnostic tests assess students’ current knowledge and generate individualized study plans, allowing students to focus on topics that need review.
