Physical Fitness combines wellness instruction with active participation in weekly cardiovascular, aerobic, and muscle-strengthening activities.

Students develop the knowledge and skills needed to make positive fitness decisions and stay active, safe, and informed throughout high school and beyond.

Lessons and activities introduce key aspects of physical health and fitness, emphasizing staying active and building lifelong healthy habits.

Students set fitness goals and track their progress using daily Fitness Plans to guide activity and Fitness Logs to record their workouts.
