Art Appreciation is a one-semester course that introduces students to the various forms of visual art, such as painting, sculpture, film, and more.

Students learn how to look at a work of art, identify and compare its key characteristics, and understand the role art plays throughout history.

Through hands-on activities, virtual museum tours, discussion, and research, students develop an overall appreciation for the art they encounter in their daily lives.
